Damiana

Mexico / Turnera difusa

Damiana is the leaf of a small shrub native to Central and South America and was used for centuries by the Mayans as an aphrodisiac and antidepressant. It can stand alone as an herbal beverage but its mild taste also blends well.

Brewing Instructions: Brew 4-6 minutes at 210°F; 1 steeping.
