Mellow, and beautifully balanced with warm spices and floral notes, this brew is delightfully smooth. Our Pink Chai is an all-in-one herbal blend that stands alone. Honeybush and rooibos are the base for a playful blend of pink peppercorns and roses, accented with cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. A touch of sweet beet powder is the secret ingredient that adds body to the base and pink to the cup! Add a bit of steamed half & half or coconut milk for the sweetest, most velvety chai-latte EVER.
Start with 2-3 tablespoons of spice per cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. If this sounds strong, remember the roses are very fluffy and you’ll be adding about a half cup of milk as well. Sweeten with honey to taste.
Like Iced Lattes? 2 tablespoons of spice per 1 cup of milk
Pour steamed milk over pink chai along with a sweetener of choice. Give it a stir and refrigerate over night. Strain and enjoy over ice for chai on the go!
