Chai recipes vary greatly, but the classic ingredients: peppercorn, cardamom, and ginger are well represented here. We've rounded out the mix with cassia-cinnamon, clove, and orange for complementary flavor.
Brewing Suggestions: Use 1-2 teaspoons of crushed chai spice per cup of water. Simmer together for 3-4 minutes,and then steep for another 3 minutes with black tea. Add milk and sweetener to taste.
