Chai recipes vary greatly, but the classic ingredients are well represented here with strong notes of peppercorn, cardamom, and ginger. We've rounded out the mix with cassia cinnamon, clove, and orange for complementary flavor.
Cinnamon, Orange, Cardamom, Ginger, Cloves, Blk Pepper, and Blk Pepper
Use 1 - 2 teaspoons of crushed chai spice per cup of water. Simmer for 3 - 4 minutes then steep for another 3 minutes with black tea. Add milk and sweetener to taste.
