All around the Middle East and Northern Africa, a blend is made of Chinese gunpowder tea and peppermint. The brewed tea is then poured over small cones of unrefined sugar and sipped continuously during the afternoons. We enjoy it iced as well. Be careful not to steep Moroccan Mint too long or bitterness will come from the green tea.
Brew 1.5 to 3 min. at 190°F; 1 steeping.
