World Spice+ Terms of Service

Welcome to World Spice+, a membership program offered by World Spice, Inc. ("World Spice", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of World Spice+. By becoming a member of World Spice+, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Membership:

    • You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States  to become a World Spice+ member.
    • World Spice reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its discretion.
    • You are responsible for all activity on your account, even if authorized by someone else.
    • You cannot share your membership or benefits with others, unless explicitly allowed by World Spice. We may terminate your membership at our discretion if you breach these terms. In such cases, you will receive a pro-rated refund.
    • World Spice+ benefits are not available for commercial or wholesale orders.

2. Membership Fee and Cancellation:

    • World Spice+ requires an annual membership fee. The current fee is listed on our website and subject to change with notice.
    • You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on our website.
    • If you cancel within 30 days of joining, you will receive a full refund of the membership fee, excluding any benefits already used.
    • After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. Benefits:

    • World Spice+ members enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

        • Shipping insurance on all orders
        • Access to exclusive sales and promotions
        • Entry into member-only contests and giveaways

    • You agree not to engage in any activity that is harmful, deceptive, or abusive to us or other members.
    • We may remove content or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

    • World Spice does not guarantee the availability or performance of World Spice+.
    • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of World Spice+.
    • You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your use of World Spice+.

6. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
    • The arbitration will be conducted in Durham, North Carolina.
    • You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.

7. Governing Law:

    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:

    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and World Spice with respect to World Spice+.
    • These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Amendment:

    • We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website.
    • Your continued use of World Spice+ after the amended terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
