This Lapsang Souchong is a classic example of the pine-smoked tea from Fujian province of China. Deep aromas of smoke come out in a very strong cup. Lapsang Souchong is also used in cooking as either a strong infusion for a sauce or as a smoking agent in the bottom of a dry wok.
Brewing Instructions: Brew 3 minutes at 210° F; 1 steeping.
