Pumpkin Pie Spice
Although most modern recipes will call for the the individual spices (Nutmeg, Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon and Mace) "Pumpkin Pie Spice" is still occasionally seen (and of course will still be found in Grandma's recipe index). This blend is also useful in squash soups and goes very well with pork. If you must use the "Libby's" pumpkin can recipe, simply omit all those spices and add two teaspoons of our blend per pie. This blend is salt free.
