Here we've updated an American classic by changing the classic Hungarian paprika to a sweet Pimenton de la Vera, a smoked paprika from Spain. We also added Chipotle chilies for more smokiness and a touch of heat. The mix is rounded out with Turkish Oregano, Garlic, Coriander, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Yellow Mustard seeds and Cloves along with some brown sugar and sea salt. Smoky BBQ Rub will turn even a cube steak under an electric broiler into a Southern treat. For our Smoky BBQ pork, we combine it with beer to create a smoke infused marinade.
