White Peony
China /
Camellia sinensis

White Peony has notes of sweetness from the buds and slight citrus afternotes. The body of the tea is delicate and almost ethereal. White Peony is hand-picked during a brief few days in the Spring, a single bud and two leaves, to obtain the most tender growth. After minimal processing, the leaves have the mottled colors which give White Peony its name.
