Jasmine Silver Tip
Jasmine scented green tea or Yin Hao is traditionally made by stacking sheets of green tea leaves and jasmine flowers one on top of the other for a number of hours. Our Jasmine tea has been scented five times in this fashion. These leaves are not rolled like the Jasmine Pearls, but the quality is unchanged. Each brew leaves a lingering jasmine fragrance in the nose with a sweet and nutty undertone of green tea. Because these leaves are not rolled more care should be given to the brew or it may become too strong.
Brewing Instructions: Brew for less than 1 minute to 2 minutes at 170°F; at least 4 steepings.
