The luscious flavors of the Pacific Rim infuse this exotic and ethereal blend. We start with an Asian inspired combination of mild curry and lemongrass, rounded out with Indian Coriander, Lemon Thyme and Marjoram. The result is a versatile seafood rub that shines.


We love Pacific Seafood on everything from scallops to salmon. Try it on our Halibut Escabeche.  We've also enjoyed this seasoning as a base for vinegarette on roasted vegetables or in a marinade for flank steak.
