In southern France, the combination of orange and tarragon has long history. For this blend we expanded with the French influence, incorporating chives, shallots, garlic and black pepper. The result has a bright, somewhat floral flavor that pairs well with delicate fish, chicken, pasta and vegetables such as asparagus or green beans.
