Our Turkish Curry is a fusion of Indian and Eastern Mediterranean influences, and boasts a showcase of exotic spices. The nutty maple nuances of fenugreek leaf combine well with the pungent camphor and smoke of black cardamom and the raisiny mild heat of urfa biber chile. We like to use Turkish Curry in hearty vegetable soups and stews- it makes a really nice complement to lentil dishes. This blend also pairs well with beef and lamb either as a seasoning for meatballs, burgers or shapherd's pie.
