Finally available for the first time in an American version is Ottolenghi: The Cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. Some will recognize those names from their hugely popular cookbooks, Plenty and Jerusalem: A Cookbook. This is the debut cookbook that introduced many to the varied fresh and flavorful culinary traditions of the Mediterranean area. Typical of the other two cookbooks, this book also contains many recipes using produce, as well as fish, meat, breads and desserts. (They are as well known for their baked goods as they are for their vegetable and grain dishes.)
Hardover: 287 pages.
