White Peony

This authentic white tea is hand picked for only a few days in the Spring, just one bud and two leaves, to obtain the most tender growth. After minimal processing, the leaves have the mottled colors which give white peony its name. This white tea gives a light aroma of tea growing on the hillside, subtle toast from the dying fires, and a hint of honeydew on the finish. 

Brew 1 minutes at 190°F; 2 to 6 steepings.
