Genmaicha

The Japanese drink Genmaicha (Brown Rice Tea) in huge volumes with meals. This grade is heavy in rice content which makes for a deep toasted flavor that blends well with the grassy notes from the green leaf. Some of the toasted rice is popped like popcorn for a very beautiful display in the brewing pot.

Brew at 180 degrees for 2 minutes.
