Chai Sweet

As a response to the simple flavor of tea grown in the Nilgiri Hills of India, locals added spices. Sweet Chai recipes vary greatly but most contain Peppercorn, Cardamom, and Ginger. We add Cassia, Clove, and Orange for extra flavor. Choose a black tea such as Assam to complete the beverage, as leaf tea is not included, and ask one of our merchants for a handy recipe sheet.
