Chai Sweet

As a response to the simple flavor of tea grown in the Nilgiri Hills of India, locals added spices. Sweet Chai recipes vary greatly but most contain Peppercorn, Cardamom, & Ginger. We add Cassia, Clove, & Orange for extra flavor. Choose a black tea such as Assam to complete the beverage, as leaf tea is not included, and ask one of our merchants for a handy recipe sheet.
