

Camellia sinensis

This lightly fermented oolong has delicate floral
fragrance that seeps from the cup. Some liken it to a sweet corn aroma
while others describe it as they would honeysuckle or jasmine. Coupled
with a rich buttery taste that only the best tea leaf can offer, this
could be the oolong tea style for the next millenium.
Brew 1-2 minutes at 190°F; 1 to 5 steepings (for multiple steepings, use the shorter brewing time).
