Camellia sinensis

Red Peach is named after the organic plantation
on which it is produced in the high mountains of Anhui Province. After
withering, the golden leaves are placed in the sun to ferment, turning
a rich black color with touches of gold. The complex flavors begin with
just a hint of smoke, followed by fruit, with a clean finish and nice
aftertaste. An excellent breakfast or afternoon tea that can take milk
and sugar.
Brew 3 minutes at 210°F; 1 steeping.
