World Merchants Original Blend

While experimenting with spice roasting for various curry blends, we became intrigued by the wonderful aromas and decided to try making a roasted chai spice. What resulted was a sophisticated beverage with rich chocolate and coffee overtones. For those of you who consider commercial chai concentrates too sharp or sweet, this blend may very well make you a devotee. Choose a black tea such as Assam to complete the beverage ( i.e. tea not included).
