World Merchants Original Blend
For those who want to avoid caffeine but still need
a spicy, tea-like beverage, we created a "chai" based on Rooibos, a South
African herb that has full-flavored tea-like characteristics. The result
is a very nice interpretation of what the chai palate normally presents.
Since our Herbal Chai has no leaf tea, brew as you
would most herbals:
5-6 minutes at 210° F. We left citrus out of this one so that it can
blend with soy or rice milk.
