Camellia sinensis

Drawn from the caravan routes of Eastern Asia, this
classic blend uses the teas that would commonly be found along the trek.
Yunnan district tea from China is rounded out with hints of smoky Lapsang
Souchong, mildly sweet Keemun, and North Indian Assam. Think of yaks and
camels on the caravan trail while you drink this one and appreciate that
your cup came from the pantry, not the backs of these most "aromatic"
of animals.
Brew 3 minutes at 210° F; 1 steeping.
