The Irish do love their cup of tea and have consistently ranked among the highest per capita tea consumers. While the name "breakfast" may lead you to believe that this is strictly morning fare, this tea is actually taken all day long, not just at the beginnings of a day. Historically, the deep malt of Assam is the tea of choice in Ireland and our blend reflects that with only hints of Chinese Keemun added to bring a bit of sweet smoke into the profile.

Brew 3 minutes at 210° F; 1 steeping.
