

Camellia sinensis

This lightly oxidized oolong from Anxi district is characteristic
of the best high mountain oolongs, lightly floral with hints at a peachy
character. Notice the linger of flavor on the palate by drawing air in
as you would in a fine wine tasting.
Brew 1.5 minutes at 200°F; 1 to 5 steepings.
