Thyme Lemon

You won't find dried Lemon Thyme very often and it's a shame. This delicate variety combines the citrus flavor of lemon with the pungency of thyme making an exquisite combination for fish and poultry. The complexity is such that you don't need many other spices along with lemon thyme. Try it alone with salt and pepper or in our Lemon Thyme Rhubarb Cake.
