Peppercorn Black Lampong

This Lampong Peppercorn varietal from Vietnam is world class. The peppercorns are smaller than Tellicherry but they pack a punch. The first taste is a pleasant lemon with top notes of anise, followed by the signature black pepper bite. In a staff-wide taste test, we felt this crop of peppercorn was sweeter and more complex than Tellicherry with a lingering heat.
