LemongrassCymbopogon citratus spices : Lemongrass Item # 0124 The dried leaves of the Lemongrass stalk are used in Asian curries and herbal tea infusions. It's not a good substitute for recipes that call for the fresh leaf or bottom stalk of the plant, but ground and added elsewhere in Thai soups and stocks it has no substitute. We particularly like this dried Lemongrass in teas with hibiscus when you want a "zing" to your palate.
