Lemon Crystal

Powdered lemon juice is bulked up by citric acid in this crystal which dissolves nicely and adds the true taste of lemon. Include a small amount in spice blends as an overall flavor enhancer or a little more for lemon flavor. Because it's incredibly tart, we use small amounts of Lemon Crystal in our lemon pepper blends to hold up to the strong flavors of fresh cracked peppercorn. You'll also see it in recipes as "Sour Salt".
