There is no better brand of "prepared" mustard so we just bought large lots of Coleman's, the only brand name item we carry in the store. Mix with water for a simple mustard or in a myriad of recipes that call for mustard powder. Notice that this is more than just ground mustard seeds but rather a processed product which awakens the intensity of flavor of the mustard seeds.
