Capsicum annum

This chile's name means "looking at the sun" and it truly has one of the unique fruity flavors of the chile world. Most everyone gets an apricot taste and smell off of the mild chile from south Mexico. Try it in a fresh summer salsa with fresh herbs or as a relleno stuffed with goat cheese.
