We see this used more than almost any spice sold in the States but we rarely see anyone pay attention to the freshness factor as they should. Just like all your spices, when this sits around in the back of the cabinet for months you lose intensity and flavor which is, after all, the point of good garlic. Dust this version over anything that will re-hydrate the tiny granules and release the flavor.
