Simple spicing, spectacular flavor. This is a perfect example. The recipe is Eric Rivera's creation, and he says that it is his first with our spices. We're honored—not to mention lovin' the taste! You'll also want to try others at Eric Rivera's Cooking Blog. We like salmon (well, we're in the Pacific Northwest, so that's no surprise.) Eric likes salmon with our fresh spices. We like Eric. See how that all worked out? 1 pound wild sockeye salmon 1-1/2 tablespoon Sichuan pepper, ground 1 teaspoon sea salt or Utah Basin Salt 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup soy sauce Mix pepper, salt, ginger, garlic and soy
sauce. Serve it!!! |
