This versatile sauce can be used on meats, vegetables, salads or rice. 1 c. fresh parsley, chopped (or a mix of parsley and cilantro) 1/4 cup minced garlic 2 tablespoons chimichurri spice 3/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup sherry vinegar 1/4 cup water 2 cup blend oil, canola or vegetable Salt to taste Optional: juice of 1 or 2 limes Whisk all ingredients together and put into a jar with a good seal Shake before using |
