| Here we’ve updated an American classic by changing the normal U.S. paprika to a sweet Pimenton de la Vera, a smoked paprika from Spain. We also added Chipotle chilies for more smokiness and a touch of heat. Rounded out with Turkish Oregano, Garlic, Coriander, Malabar Black Pepper, Yellow Mustard seeds, Cloves. Some brown sugar and sea salt this blend will turn even a cube steak under an electric broiler into a Southern treat. | |||
