Chile Exotica

The cities of Aleppo and Urfa lie just opposite each other along the Syria-Turkey border. Each produces a unique and distinctly flavorful chile pepper. Not too hot and not too mild, both are reknowned for their potency and complexity of taste.  Here, we’ve packaged the namesake chile flake of both cities together for you to try and decide which you like the best. This set contains half cup jars of both of these famous chiles:Aleppo and Urfa Biber.
