Shipping Rates & Faq

Domestic Shipping Rates:

We make every effort to ship using the most economical method and USPS Priority Mail is our preferred carrier. The average cost is between $6.75 and $18. The rate is calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance from Seattle.

International Shipping:

While we are happy to ship internationally, we must caution you of the risks involved. Most of the time we ship internationally with success; however, on rare occasions products are confiscated in customs and neither arrive at their intended destination nor return to us.

International orders require a custom shipping quote. We will calculate your order total including shipping and email you with a request for payment within 24 hours. Upon receipt of payment from you, we guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped to the address you provide. However, in the event that your order is lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated while in transit internationally, we offer no refund or return policy. We have had many successful experiences shipping internationally, but you should be aware of the risks as you continue with your order.

Return Policy:

Please review your order carefully. We cannot accept returns on bags of spices that have been opened.
