Rules of the Road (information highway?)
1. We still do business the old fashioned way, if you get
something that's not right, let us know and we'll fix it. Tell us and it will
be refunded, credited,
or replaced until it's the way you want it. Simple, eh?
2. We save loads of money by NOT taking credit cards. You don't have to worry about your card numbers being abused because we don't want to know them. We ship your order after you give us your name, address, and phone number (which is strictly guarded and used only if absolutely necessary) with an invoice enclosed. You drop a check in the mail when you get the package and everything is to your satisfaction. We ask that you send payment as soon as possible, again, to help keep costs low (and because we have to pay rent, too ya' know). We all know it takes time for stuff to ship and mail, but we all also know what's reasonable here (don't make us say it).
Our lawyers make us say that we reserve the right to ask for prepayment on large orders (just until we get to know you better) or if your track record of paying us is slower than molasses in winter.
3. We ship most packages via US Priority Mail (and calculate prices assuming so) unless you tell us otherwise. Very large or heavy packages go UPS. There IS a minimum postage of $2 per order to cover the labor to assemble a package to you but beyond that it's simply published rates (based on weight) plus 50 cents (for the box, tape, bubble wrap, funny little stickers that say "G" for no reason, etc.). No additional "handling" charges. Overnight, 2Day, etc. is available at normal rates, but you need to call us for those special circumstances before you submit your order. If you don't call first, it'll go out the door before we can catch it.
