Thai Seasoning

Although Thai curries are always prepared from fresh (not fresh dried) ingredients, we get so many requests for "Thai curry" we thought we ought to create a Thai-inspired seasoning. With Lemongrass, Ginger, fried Shallots, Mint, Dill and some kick from Chinese chilies this blend combines the classic flavors of Thailand. Thai Seasoning can be used as a rub on chicken or sprinkle over seafood. Makes a great flavor base for Asian-style marinades. This blend is salt free.
