Also known as Tunisian Five Spice, Qalat Daqqa includes the rare spice Grains of Paradise. This blend is used to season vegetable and meat based tagines, stews and couscous. Try it as a rub on lamb or duck. Also contains Tellicherry Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg and Chinese Cassia. This blend is salt free.
