We start with an Asian inspired combination of mild curry and lemongrass, rounded out with Indian Coriander, Lemon Thyme and Marjoram. The result is a versatile seafood rub that shines on everything from scallops to salmon. Try it on halibut in our Pacific Seafood Escabeche.  We've also enjoyed this seasoning as a base for vinegarette on roasted vegetables or in a marinade for flank steak. This blend is salt free.
