Orange Tarragon

In southern France the combination of Orange and Tarragon has long history. For this blend we continue with the French influence, incorporating Chives, Shallots, Garlic and Tellicherry black pepper. The result has a bright, somewhat floral flavor that pairs well with delicate fish, chicken, pasta and vegetables such as asparagus or green beans. We enjoy it in this lovely Hollandaise sauce over poached eggs. This blend is salt free.
