Melange ClassiqueIn-House Blend blends : Melange Classique Item # 0441 
This blend from France has an almost Garam Masala-like flavor profile but with the decidedly French addition of Thyme, Rosemary and Marjoram. A nice all purpose seasoning for stews, roasts, lentils, sausage, pate, stuffing and even rice. Melange Classique will work well as a rub on any meat, particularly lamb, duck and pork. Also contains Coriander, Muntok White Pepper, Cloves, Cayenne, Nutmeg and Bay Leaf. This blend is salt free.
