Curry Pakistani

Pakistan shares much of its culture and cuisine with India and was in fact part of India until 1947. An easy way to season Rogan Josh, the famous lamb stew from the border region of Kashmir, this unusual curry is sweet and complex with Anise, True Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Coriander, Ginger and Chiles. Pakistani Curry also makes a great marinade when mixed with yogurt for beef or chicken. Please respect Pakistan's Muslim populace: don't use this curry with pork. This blend is salt free.
