Curry Madras South Indian

A classic curry powder from the aromatic regions of South India. Madras Curry can be used for authentic dishes as well as to add interest and familiar golden color to soups, sauces and stews. Also try in scrambled eggs, vegetables, chicken and lamb. Contains Coriander, Cassia, Cardamom, Cumin, Brown Mustard, Ginger, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Tellicherry Black Pepper, and India Red chile.
