Curry Continental

A flavorful but basic curry powder with an affinity for anything from vegetables to meat. Continental curry makes a great platform for curry experiments as it lacks most of the aromatic spices often found in India (such as cassia or ginger) giving you freedom to add spices to suit a particular dish. Contains Coriander, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin, Fenugreek, India Red Chile, Brown Mustard Seed and Celery Seed. We used it in this Biryani. This blend is salt free.
