This sunny Cuban treat is best used in roasting chicken or pork. Cuban Spice is a fragrant combination of cumin, garlic and orange with both Mexican and Mediterranean oregano. Use it as a dry rub on the meat and add some beer and/or orange juice to the roasting pan. Cover and roast until the meat is done...enjoy! This blend is salt free.
