Chimichurri Spice

There are many variations on Chimichurri sauce and it is served with everything from empanadas to grilled steak. The addition of aji mirasol chiles to our spice blend gives it a gentle heat with great complexity of flavor. Also contains guajillo and New Mexico chiles, oregano, cumin and bay. Mix the spice blend with fresh herbs, citrus, oil and vinegar to make a sauce that will keep for several weeks in the fridge and seems to get better with age! This blend is salt free.
