Chili Powder Ancho

Like Curry powders, Chili powders vary greatly depending on who is doing the mixing. This one uses Ancho chilies, creating a blend with a deeper, earthier flavor with hints of chocolate and tobacco. The heat level of Ancho Chili Powder is mild-medium and it works well in all types of chili from black bean to beef. We used it in beef and vegetable empanadas to great effect! This blend is salt free.
