Folks from Kansas City like to say they'll barbecue anything that moves. Pork, beef, chicken, lamb, venison, catfish and even squirrel are just some of the meats given the barbecue treatment in Kansas City. To accommodate such a wide array of foods we increased the herb quotient of this rub.
