Baharat ArabicIn-House Blend blends : Baharat Arabic Item # 0329 Baharat simply means "spice" in Arabic and is commonly used in Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Jordan. This blend is used to season lamb and mutton as well as lentils and pilaf dishes. Arabic Baharat is a fantastic flavor enhancer and can even perk up plain old meatloaf! Contains: Tellicherry Black Pepper, Coriander, Cloves, Cumin, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cassia and Allspice. Try this in the Arabic Lamb Stew (which was featured in Sunset Magazine). This blend is salt free.
